The organizers offers group discounts to institutions that register 5 or more employees. To qualify, all participants in the group must be employed at the same institution. Please contact by email info@graphenecanada2015.com

Conference participants

Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before July 31, 2015.
If a cancellation is received between August 01, 2015 and September 04, 2015, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after September 04, 2015.

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before July 13, 2015.
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between July 14 and August 31, 2015.
No reimbursement will be made after August 31, 2015.
